Linear Algebra: Acknowledgements

Linear Algebra exists with the help of many people and institutions. I'm glad to be able to acknowledge and credit them here.

Linear Algebra is Open Source

This book was written using many tools provided by the Open Source community. The underlying operating system was Linux (Thanks, LT!). The editor was Emacs (Thanks, RMS!), using AUCTeX (Thanks, PA!). The formatter was LaTeX (Thanks, DEK and LL, and RF and DA and all of the folks from c.t.t.!). The pdf-ing is by the hyperref package (Thanks, SR and DS!). Most of the numbers are checked under Octave (Thanks, JWE!). LaTeX used here logo

It's funny how the best things in life are free.
